The Child Care India Trust is committed to assisting its donors to the best of its ability and, therefore, maintains a generous refund policy. According to this policy:

Refund requests will be entertained only if submitted within 48 hours of making a donation or before claiming the receipt, whichever occurs first.

Child Care India Trust welcomes sponsorship from donors and offers handicraft items crafted by underprivileged children for sale. The proceeds generated from these activities contribute to various welfare programs initiated by the organization, exclusively aimed at enhancing the socio-economic wellbeing of these children. However, a refund or replacement can be arranged if the customer can demonstrate that the delivered product does not meet the expected quality standards.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of DONATION. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained after 48 hrs of donation.

Refund Policy

When you contribute to any of our causes or services, you have the option to claim a refund for the donated amount until you’ve obtained the receipt or within 48 hours of making the donation, whichever occurs first. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your chosen cause, we are more than happy to issue a full refund. To initiate a refund request, please contact us at Refund@childcareindiatrust.org with the details of your donation within 48 hours of its submission.

All received funds are dedicated to supporting various cases, causes, and specialized treatments for specially-abled children. Kindly include your transaction ID (sent to you via email, post a successful donation) and optionally share the reason for your refund request. We value customer feedback deeply and utilize it to continually enhance the quality of our services. Refunds will be processed within a 21-day period.
