His father, Ahvendra, and the rest of the family were heartbroken. Seeing their little boy suffer was unbearable. The medical team informed them that Ishant required urgent and specialized treatment, including wound dressing, debridement, pain management, and possibly surgical skin grafting. The road to recovery would be long, painful, and expensive.
